નવસારીમાં ગણેશોત્સવ નિમિત્તે ચિત્ર અને કાવ્ય સ્પર્ધાનું આયોજન થયું. લોકો માટીની મૂર્તિ બનાવે તે માટે વર્કશોપ યોજાયો. જેમાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ પર્યાવરણ બચાવવાનો નિર્ધાર કર્યો. ઘણા લોકોએ આ ઝુંબેશને વખાણી. 15થી વધુ શાળાના 300થી વધુ વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ ભાગ લીધો. Collector, DDO સહિતના અધિકારીઓએ ભાગ લીધો. મહિલા અને વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ મૂર્તિ બનાવવાની તાલીમ લીધી. (A painting and poetry competition was organized in Navsari on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi. A workshop was held for people to make clay idols. In which the students resolved to save the environment. Many people praised this campaign. More than 300 students from more than 15 schools participated. Collector, DDO and other officials participated. Women and students took training in idol making.)
